Boudoir Brand Ambassador Application

Thank you for considering becoming a Brand Ambassador with Christopher Fleck Photography and CFP Boudoir. Before filling out the application, please read over the following agreements VERY CAREFULLY as this will become a binding contract if selected.

As a Brand Ambassador I agree to the following:  

  • I will actively promote Christopher Fleck Photography and CFP Boudoir (hereafter referred to as “The Photographer”) exclusively and will not represent, promote or share images taken by another boudoir photographer during the duration of the contract

  • Actively promote means to speak positively about the experience, the professionalism etc. I experienced during my own session(s)

  • I will share and promote The Photographer on social media, in print, online, in blogs etc. at a minimum of 2-3 times per week

  • I will invite other female friends and family to join the discussion in the Boudoir VIP Group (closed group)

  • I will write one 500-word blog per session that aligns with the mission and goals of The Photographer

  • I will participate in events as scheduled and requested (schedules permitting)

  • Marketing and advertising events that are ‘out of the norm’ will be consulted with and approved by The Photographer prior to execution

  • Grants full permission (model release) for The Photographer to use the images in all marketing and advertising materials, in print and online. 

  • Under no circumstances will I speak or leave negative reviews or comments about The Photographer or any of their employees now or in the future

The Photographer will provide the following:

  • A free boudoir session at a mutually agreed upon location

  • Will provide digital images that are aligned and consistent with their brand so that the Brand Ambassador can distribute and promote The Photographer

  • A Free Mobile App of your session to show friends and family

  • Will help promote and advertise and jointly work on marketing/advertising strategies

Payment/Service

In exchange for the Brand Ambassador being a voice and actively promoting The Photographer, we will provide:

  • Minimum of (1) Boudoir Session (Depending on schedule and availability this could be 1-2 sessions per quarter) at an agreed upon location

  • Full Hair and Makeup for each session (Unless, it’s last min. or you prefer to just do it yourself. NOTE: Hair and Makeup can take 2 hours)

  • 10 min. High Res. Photos from each session (most receive more than 10) with watermark for sharing online

  • $50 Gift Card referral bonus!! That’s right, for every friend of yours that books a FULL Price session with us (Down payment must be paid) you will receive $50 gift card to be used anywhere. There is NO cap to this! However your friend is REQUIRED to mention your name at the time of booking, if mentioned after it will be too late. Your referral gets $50 towards their prints as well. There is NO CAP, so girl.. GET that free $$
